Going on Vacation
Spent the evening packing for vacation. Am heading out to the west coast in 2 days. Taking my yearly summer visit to So Cal. It helps me relax...lounging by the pool or the beach. Taking time to head up to Hearst Castle - never saw it before and am looking forward to the ride up the coast. Going all out with new things - visiting a shooting range. I have never even been next to someone shooting a gun. I got new glasses so I might even be able to see the target now. Vacation's help make "it all good".

Your blog is very beautiful...very you. Sort of a victorian background, and pretty little embellishments here and there. Glad you think this is simpler. I certainly do. Should not be hard to upload a photo on your profile...everything so far has been simple.
Did not know you were going to Hearst. We were there about 17 years ago. It is a good visit. The country getting up there is some of my favorite anywhere. I grew up among those beautiful rolling hills. There is a 'apple' something restaurant up there on the 101 I think. Good potato pancakes. You will have to make daily posts on your CA vacation adventure, and also post your favorite pic of the day. That could be a fun challenge. J
